What about permitting?
Every county and township is different, you will have to inquire and find out what's legal for your area. There's no one answer that's right for everyone, but we will say, where there's a will, there's a way!
How do domes handle snow & wind?
Due to their unique structure, engineered from U.S. Galvanized Steel, Pacific Domes are known for their capacity to withstand extreme weather conditions, including high winds, storms and even earthquakes.

How much does a dome cost?
Domes start at around $10,000 and depending on size and features they can go up to $1m plus.

What do I need to set it up?
To set up a Pacific Domes geodesic dome, you will need to start by building a deck platform, with 3 design options available. For smaller domes, you will require impact wrenches, hand tools, a tarp to protect the cover during setup, 2 small ropes, 2 8'10' ladders, and 2-3 friends for assistance. Larger domes exceeding 30 feet will necessitate scaffolding, lifts or cranes, and additional friends to aid in the setup process.
